Contrôleur de Gestion (AVIGNON)

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Financier, vous participez à l'élaboration et au suivi des budgets/reforcasts d'EOLE-RES, de RES MEDITERRANEE holding ainsi que de sa filiale EOLE-RES et des nouveaux marchés. Vous suivez également la bonne mise en œuvre des procédures budgétaires des filiales étrangères. Enfin, vous participez à l'élaboration et à l'analyse  des packs de reporting de toutes les filiales. De formation supérieure en Comptabilité/Gestion/Finance (Bac+3/5), vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative en contrôle de gestion de préférence dans un contexte multi-filiales, la connaissance des contrats à long-terme sera très appréciée.
Rigoureux (se), autonome, vous êtes force de proposition et d'animation au sein d'une équipe. Impliqué(e), vous possédez un très bon sens relationnel. Vous savez respecter la confidentialité des informations traitées et les délais impartis.
La parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. Le poste est basé sur Avignon.

Head of Project Finance (AVIGNON)

Reporting to the CFO, you will be in charge of negotiating sales contracts for our wind and solar power production plants across the Mediterranean region (France, Turkey, Italy, Morocco, Egypt to date). Responsible for negotiating financing of our wind and solar plants outside of the French market with private and institutional banks involved in such projects across the Mediterranean and in charge of supervising project closing teams.

You have a Business or an Engineering degree (ideally both), with significant experience in project finance and closing in the energy industry, preferably in the UK. You also have experience in M&A. You are results oriented and have excellent communication and management skills. You have the ability to work autonomously, but also to lead and motivate teams.

Fluent English and French.
Frequent travel abroad.
